Hi,

It’s been a year since I started this newsletter! Thanks for not unsubscribing yet. Coincidentally, Squarespace, the company that hosts my website and this newsletter is now charging for the email services so as of today I’ll be spending $5 a month to send these emails to you. I think it’s worth it, I hope you feel the same.

I started making sort of weekly YouTube videos again. One of the videos that I made was documenting my first three day fast. That wasn’t too fun but I’m glad I did it.

The past few weeks I’ve decided that I think it’s impossible for me to be in the moment so instead I’m just going to make an effort to be in today. Not in yesterday, nor tomorrow. 24 hours might be much longer than a single moment but it’s too challenging for me to be that present. So today it is.

I still don’t exactly know how to write the beginning parts of these emails, it sort of feels like I’m in an alleyway talking to myself. With that being said, if you have any feedback, suggestions or tips for the newsletter I’d really appreciate that! I think you all know how to get into contact with me if you want to.
